Prior Room Set-Up Terms & Conditions

• If there is no party booked before your event, you may decorate the day before your event.  However, if there is another party booked the day prior to your event, you may start decorating the day of your event at 9:00 A.M.

• No food allowed to be carried in with the exception of wedding cake.

• No paper or plastic plates and no plastic forks may be used at anytime.

• No beverages are to be carried in at anytime.

• No beverages are to leave the premises under any circumstances.

• Rice, glitter, confetti, etc. are not allowed. A $250.00 clean up fee will be assessed if used.

• No open flames. A glass covering must cover all flames.

• No food is allowed to leave premises due to Illinois Health Regulations.

• No signs, banners, etc. are to be attached to walls and ceilings

• Illinois drinking age is 21. According to the Illinois law, we reserve the right to ID and refuse service to anyone who is under 21 or appears to be intoxicated

• All decorations, gifts, and belongings must be removed from premises immediately after your event.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
